Ownership rights: ‘Villages to be regularised in 2 months’

All villages in the Hyderabad district will be regularised within two months.

HYDERABAD: All villages in the Hyderabad district will be regularised within two months, announced Sindh Katchi Abadis Minister Nadeem Ahmed Bhutto on Saturday evening. He was speaking at a ‘village regularisation ceremony’, where people from three villages were given their ownership rights. The villages Masroor Ahmed Jatoi, Hurr Camp and Shah Latif were made regular. According to Hyderabad Deputy Commissioner Agha Shahnawaz Babur, 240 villages in the district’s three urban talukas and 870 villages in the one rural taluka are being surveyed for regularisation.
