Transitions: PML-Q Sindh leader Junejo passes away

He was 58 years old. Junejo was shifted to the Aga Khan University Hospital, where he breathed his last.

The Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid-e-Azam Sindh vice president Ghulam Hussain Junejo passed away after suffering a severe heart attack on Saturday.


He was 58 years old. Junejo was shifted to the Aga Khan University Hospital, where he breathed his last.

The PML-Q leader was a diabetic and was also suffering from heart ailments. Junejo had been the PML-Q Sindh vice president for four years.

He was laid to rest in his native village of Abu Bakar Junejo, in Mirpurkhas. PML-Q media cell in charge Abdul Aziz Malik said that the party’s Sindh leaders, including Haleem Adil Sheikh, Khan Bahadur Sheikh and Ruknuddin Mirani, among others, attended Junejo’s funeral prayers.
