Balochistan unrest: Former minister’s son gunned down

Unidentified men on a motorcycle opened fire on the victim’s car.

QUETTA: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader and former provincial minister Maulana Attaullah Langoh’s son was gunned down near the Spinney Road area in the provincial capital on Friday.

According to Superintendant Police S Malik Arshad, unidentified men on a motorcycle opened fire on the victim’s car. Consequently, he was killed on the spot. The corpse was taken to the Sandeman Provincial Hospital in Quetta for autopsy.

Later, DIG Operations Qazi Wahid, talking to the media, said that the people behind the killing will be brought to justice soon.
