Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) owner Vijay Mallya said that the arrested cricketer Luke Pomersbach will not play for his team in the Indian Premier League (IPL), according to agencies. "We regret the incident that has happened,” said Mallya. “He will not play for us in the IPL. We will fully cooperate in the investigation.” Pomersbach, who has not played a single game for the RCB this season, has been accused of misbehaving with an American woman during a party at a five-star hotel following RCB’s away match against Delhi Daredevils in the IPL. Meanwhile, IPL Chief Rajiv Shukla insisted the incident had nothing to do with the tournament."Let the law take its course," said Shukla adding that the incident did not take place at an IPL party.
