LAHORE: Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Hussain Sial on Tuesday disposed of two petitions filed by Missal Khan seeking registration of a case against former chief minister Dost Muhammad Khosa and transfer of investigation from the Civil Lines DSP to a senior official of the investigation wing. The judge observed, “This controversy can best be settled by the Lahore High Court.” Missal Khan, father of Sapna Khan, had sought the court to direct police to arrest Khosa and accused him of his daughter’s abduction and murder. He said that the police were hesitant to register a case against Khosa despite LHC orders.
