Judicial Appointment: Yayha Afridi takes oath as PHC Judge

Number of permanent Judges at the PHC rose from five to six among a total of 12 Judges.

PESHAWAR: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Dost Muhammad Khan took oath from Justice Yayha Afridi, after President Asif Ali Zardari gave assent to the recommendation of a judicial commission and parliamentary committee, here on Thursday. With the regularisation of Justice Yahya Afiridi, the number of permanent Judges at the PHC rose from five to six among a total of 12 Judges.
