Victim of speeding: Boy killed in accident

ISLAMABAD: An eight-year-old boy was killed after being hit by a speeding car on the Islamabad Expressway on Friday. Police sources said that the boy was crossing the road near Zia Mosque when the speeding car driven by Fakhar Ehsan hit him. He was taken to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) where he was pronounced dead. The police took the driver into custody and further investigation is underway.
