According to Daily Mail, Sudanese author Kola Boof – admittedly a “sex slave” of bin Laden – revealed in her autobiography that the al Qaeda chief once pronounced his love for Houston and said that he thought that the singer was “the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.”
Boof said that bin Laden wanted to marry Houston and had also once plotted to murder her husband Bobby Brown.
According to Boof’s account, the “strongly racist” bin Laden was willing to “break his colour rule” and make Houston one of his wives and wanted to gift Houston a mansion that he owned in a suburb of the capital city of Sudan, Khartoum.
The author quoted bin Laden as saying, “How beautiful she is, what a nice smile she has, how truly Islamic she is but is just brainwashed by American culture and her husband—Bobby Brown.”
Boof also revealed that she had come across Houston’s pictures in bin Laden’s briefcase and said that there came a point when she was “sick of hearing Houston's name.”

Why is everyone surprised? If he is capable of coming up with the idea of forcing US army to leave the holy lands by putting poor of Sudan, Afghanistan and Pakistan in harm's way instead of standing up to Saudi monarchs (because all his family wealth is there), he is very well capable of doing what this news item suggests.
Basically the war he should have been fighting with Saudia was taken by him to US coz he did not have stomach to put his family wealth in line where his mouth was.

Why so much indignation over this story? Replace OBL with Hitler, and no one in Pak would even notice the story. Conclusion: OBL was a larger than life, heroic, and sacred figure to many in Pak. It does not matter that he was a maniac who caused needless deaths and pain, starting from his immediate neigbourhood in AfPak, and then in the rest of the world. That he commands so much respect among the commentators of this news item, it is a sad commentary over our state of mind.
