US announces $10mn aid for flood victims

ISLAMABAD: The United States announced $10million in aid for flood affectees on Sunday.

According to a statement by the US Embassy, the aid can be increased on request of the National Disaster Management Authority or other agencies working in relief works.

It said that two planes carrying relief goods for atleast 50,000 people have landed at the Chaklala Airbase.

The statement also said that more food for almost 62,000 people will reach Pakistan before the end of this week.

It is opened reality, the situation is beyond human being control natural calamity, God have created it and He remove it. We ,as a Pakistani,should say thanks those countries who come forward and provide us aid/assistance especially The United States Of America. American are great,every time ready to help those trapped in calamity. remember the earth quick in Pakistan and American unique role.
