Polio Campaign: Officials attempt to eradicate disease

Ulema and members of civil society was held to chalk out a strategy for the upcoming polio campaign.

Health and local administration officials have urged all citizens to play a role in an upcoming polio vaccination campaign.


Assistant Political Agent, Mohammad Jameel, told The Express Tribune in a special interview that a meeting with local elders, ulema and members of civil society was held to chalk out a strategy for the upcoming polio campaign. Jameel explained that a total of 154,000 children would be given polio drops in the area.
