Fresh Loyalties: PPP welcomes former ANP members

MALAKAND: Prominent members of the Awani National Party, such as Rehmat Gul of Dargai and his family, have announced allegiance to the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) at a gathering held in Sakhalot. Former Nazim Ahmad Ali Shah was also in attendance and said that the PPP has a history of extraordinary struggle against the non-democratic forces that are disrupting development and progress of the country. People’s party representatives welcomed the new members and assured that they would be duly respected and consulted in all district level party decisions.
