Intellectual property: ‘Balochistan to get tribunal soon’

CCI meeting with Gilani recommended the establishment of the independent tribunal at all the provincial capitals.

QUETTA: Balochistan will soon have an Intellectual Property Tribunal in line with the recommendation of the Council of Common Interests (CCI).

Balochistan government sources here said that the CCI meeting with Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani in chair had recommended the establishment of the independent tribunal at all the provincial capitals. Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani has formally approved the decision after signing a summary by the provincial Law and Parliamentary Affairs ministry in this regard.
