SARGODHA: A total of 12 new dengue patients have been admitted to the DHQ hospital in Sargodha on Sunday. According to the Health Department, the total count of dengue patients in the district has now exceeded 150. The 12 new patients include deputy secretary industries Shamim Asif and his two daughters. Hospital administration said that the patients were in critical condition and had been referred to the Faisalabad Allied Hospital and Lahore. “There is no ventilator or ICU facility in the DHQ hospital here so we have referred the patients elsewhere,” said a hospital official.
