Natural Calamity: Japanese to help deal with disaster

KARACHI: Japanese experts will help Karachi plan ahead to minimise losses during a natural calamity, said Karachi DCO Muhammed Hussain Syed while talking to a delegation. Ryo Matsumaru and Harumi Tsukahara said that there was a need to launch an awareness campaign to educate people about safety measures. The delegation had organised a workshop for NDMA staff members in Islamabad. They taught the City District Government Karachi technical staff what to do during a natural disaster or calamity.
