The government has announced the winners of the Rs25,000 national prize bond draw, which took place on December 10, 2024, in Quetta, Balochistan.
The announcement was made by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), as thousands of people eagerly checked their luck in this popular lottery scheme.
This was the fourth Rs25,000 prize bond draw of the year, according to data from the central bank.
Two lucky winners of the Rs25,000 prize bond draw took home the first prize of Rs30,000,000 each. These individuals held the winning bond numbers 385325 and 498317. The second prize of Rs10,000,000 was awarded to holders of bond numbers 053461, 056921, 187297, 249312, and 934808.
Additionally, 700 individuals won Rs300,000 each as part of the third prize.

The Prize Bond Draw for Rs 40,000 (Draw 31) was also held on Monday at the Muzaffarabad office of the National Savings Division.
Earlier this year, the federal government introduced a fixed tax rate on winnings from prize bonds and lottery schemes.
According to media reports, a 15% tax is applicable on winnings from prize bonds and crossword puzzles, while a 20% tax is levied on winnings from raffles, lotteries, and sales-promotional quizzes.
