Halle Berry has submitted text messages as evidence in her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Olivier Martinez over their 11-year-old son, Maceo. Berry, 58, accuses Martinez of interfering with their son’s growth and conspiring with two former employees to make false claims against her.

The legal dispute centers on allegations that Martinez worked with Erica Simamora, a former nanny, and Miryam Haziza, a longtime employee, to undermine Berry's custody case. Texts exchanged between Berry and Miryam, which were submitted to the court, shed light on the strained relationships.

 

 

In one message, Berry questioned Miryam about her communication with Erica, expressing disbelief at alleged lies. “I will sue her ass OFF,” Berry wrote after accusing Erica of dishonesty.

Berry also claimed Martinez involved Erica to disrupt Maceo’s therapy. In court documents, Berry stated, “[Martinez] inexplicably persuaded [Erica] to contact [Maceo’s therapist] with the goal of interfering with Maceo’s therapeutic process.”

In another text to Miryam, Berry expressed frustration over Martinez’s alleged manipulation, saying, “Olivier is just mad that I won the school battle… He’s trying to drag me to his level.”

Martinez has denied the claims, and his attorney plans to call Erica as a witness in the upcoming hearing. Berry, in turn, intends to cross-examine her.

This contentious case highlights Berry’s allegations of betrayal and manipulation within her inner circle. The court is set to hear testimony from both parties next month as they fight for legal custody of Maceo.
