Kanye West is facing a new lawsuit filed by Jenn An, a former contestant on America's Next Top Model, who alleges that the rapper sexually assaulted her during a music video shoot in 2010.

The claims revolve around the production of La Roux's In For the Kill, where West contributed a verse.

According to the lawsuit, An was selected from a lineup of models after West allegedly pointed to her, saying, “Give me the Asian girl.” She asserts that she was subjected to a “dangerous and disturbing” shoot, during which West reportedly strangled her with both hands, gagged her with his fingers, and shouted, “This is art. This is f***ing art. I am like Picasso.” An claims the incident, lasting over a minute, felt like a “pornographic gagging” scene.

Neither West nor An appeared in the final version of the music video. An alleges that Universal Music Group and other industry figures worked to suppress details of the incident. The lawsuit targets both West and Universal Music Group, accusing them of enabling gender-based violence and creating unsafe working conditions.

This legal battle is one of several currently involving West, who also faces lawsuits from former staff at Donda Academy and copyright infringement claims. An, who has since remained active in modeling and acting, describes herself as a feminist advocating for equal rights, particularly for marginalized groups.

Universal Music Group has not issued a statement, and representatives for West have not responded to the allegations. The lawsuit draws renewed attention to workplace safety and accountability in the entertainment industry.
