Veteran Pakistani actress Javeria Abbasi has introduced her second husband to her fans several months after their marriage.
The actress shared the news through her Instagram account, posting photos from her wedding day.
In the pictures, Javeria Abbasi is seen with her husband, both in a celebratory mood. Abbasi wore a deep pink and gold bridal outfit, while her husband was dressed in white.
The photos show the couple performing wedding rituals, cutting a cake, and signing the marriage documents.
The actress had announced her engagement earlier this year, on May 5, sharing a photo from Paris at the Eiffel Tower where she had revealed her engagement ring.
Abbasi was previously married to actor Shamoon Abbasi, with whom she shares a daughter, actress and model Anzela Abbasi.
The couple divorced in 2009 after 12 years of marriage.
Javeria had recently posted photos with her daughter Anzela from the wedding, which included several prominent figures from the entertainment industry.
A few days ago, in a recent interview, Javeria Abbasi shared details about her second marriage to Adil Haider, which took place on March 15 in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends.
The actress revealed that she first met Adil at a dinner hosted by a mutual friend, and from there, their connection grew over time, eventually leading to a proposal.
Javeria discussed the marriage with her family and her close friend, actor Shahood Alvi, who encouraged her to move forward with the relationship.
Javeria also mentioned that her new husband, Adil Haider, is a businessman. Previously, she was married to actor Shamoon Abbasi in 1997, with whom she shares a daughter, Anzeela Abbasi.
The couple divorced in 2009, and Javeria has raised Anzeela primarily on her own. In 2023, Javeria celebrated her daughter’s wedding, marking another new beginning for her family.
