World champion Shahzaib gets hero's welcome in Quetta

CM Balochistan along with several provincial ministers and officials greets the champion at airport.

Shahzaib Rind, the newly crowned World Karate Combat Champion, received a hero's welcome as he arrived in Quetta on Tuesday.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, along with several provincial ministers and officials, greeted the champion at the airport, celebrating his extraordinary achievement on the global stage.

Shahzaib's victory in the World Karate Combat Championship has put Balochistan in the spotlight, showcasing his tremendous skill and perseverance. Chief Minister Bugti, addressing the crowd, lauded the athlete's dedication. "Shahzaib Rind has made Balochistan proud. His victory is a reflection of the talent and drive of our youth. This is a moment of immense pride for the entire province."

Provincial Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar also praised Shahzaib's triumph, stating, "Shahzaib's achievement inspires all the young athletes in Balochistan. His hard work and commitment have earned him this well-deserved recognition."

Minister Mir Asim Kurd Gailo echoed the sentiments, adding, "This is a historic day for Balochistan. Shahzaib's success reminds us of the immense potential we have in our youth. We are committed to supporting such talent."

Shahzaib, visibly moved by the reception, expressed his gratitude for the support and vowed to continue representing Pakistan and Balochistan in future championships.

Later, a sizeable crowd that had gathered in the streets of Quetta, cheered for the local hero, making the day a memorable one for the people of the province.
