Jamaat-e-Islami blasts govt for city's crisis

Khan urged the government to decentralise power under Article 140-A of the constitution

 Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Monem Zafar Khan has blamed the Sindh govt and Karachi Municipal Corporation for the city's decline, citing incompetence and corruption.

He demanded an impartial investigation into substandard infrastructure projects and accountability for responsible authorities. Khan urged the government to decentralise power under Article 140-A of the constitution and provide necessary funds to local councils. He condemned KE for exploiting citizens, criticising both the government and NEPRA for ignoring the utility's failures.
