Netflix has decided to cancel one of its popular real estate shows.

Just two months after the debut of Season 2 of “Buying Beverly Hills,” the streaming platform confirmed that there will be no third season of Mauricio Umansky’s reality series.

According to Deadline, the cancellation followed a review of the show’s viewership statistics compared to its production expenses.

The series, which featured Umansky, the estranged spouse of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, showcased his work at The Agency alongside his daughters Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky. Season 2 introduced Mauricio’s third daughter Sophia, who began working in real estate like her father.

The show also delved into Umansky’s family issues, including his strained relationship with his ex-wife and conflicts with his brother-in-law Rick Hilton, which influenced his decision to start his own real estate firm.

“I think I got kind of f–ked by Hilton & Hyland,” the real estate professional said in a trailer for Season 2 released in March.

He elaborated that his family’s conflict began when Hilton and the company’s co-founder Jeff Hyland rejected his bid for equity and a partnership role.

When the trailer was released, Rick’s daughter Paris Hilton defended her father online, describing him as a “consummate gentleman” who “has always taken the higher road.”

“She would never speak negatively about his family—especially in the press,” the “Simple Life” star wrote.

“Frankly, we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to promote his show. It is enough already.”
