Indian media claims Feroze Khan is dating Indian costar

The duo is working on an upcoming cross-border film directed by Zulfiqar Ali

The entertainment world is abuzz with rumours as the alleged romantic connection between Pakistani actor Feroze Khan and Indian actor Geethika Tiwari takes centre stage. Recent events, particularly a viral video and Instagram activity, have fueled speculation about a potential relationship between the two stars, with some Indian media outlets taking it a step further by claiming Geethika may have converted to Islam.

Indian critic Kamaal R Khan who goes by KRK and is known for his candid takes, recently weighed in on the matter on his YouTube show, expressing concern over Geethika's alleged decision to marry a Pakistani and potentially embrace a new faith. 

KRK broke the ‘news’ in his show’s episode, saying, “The other news today is that an Indian girl is about to make the same mistake, she’s about to marry a Pakistani boy. This girl isn’t a Muslim, she’s a Hindu.” He furthered on, “She’s so swept by this Pakistani guy that she’s ready to become a Muslim, in fact, one can say, she’s already become one. She wears a burka and offers namaz now, and her name is Geethika. She works in Bollywood.”

According to Kamaal, the romance began when Geethika visited London for a film shoot. “In that same Indian film, a Pakistani actor is also working. Firstly, I fail to understand how an Indian producer could dare to cast a Pakistani actor in his film.”

“If a Pakistani actor is working in a Hindi film, then it’s clear that that film won’t release in India,” he stressed on how the producer is setting himself for financial loss since the film would never be cleared for release. The media personality went on to address the Indian government and his followers, requesting them to ‘save’ Geethika.

He urged, “This girl is sending herself to hell. She should not love an incompetent, harmful man like him [Feroze] and certainly never consider marrying him.” KRK contended that taking this ‘disastrous decision’ would destroy Geethika’s life after spending a few years in Pakistan before the marriage would end bitterly, forcing her to return to India.

The controversy surrounding the rumoured relationship gained momentum as Geethika's Instagram videos emerged, showing her adorned in a burqa. Public speculation intensified after she openly commented with a 'cutie' and a heart emoji on pictures featuring her and Feroze.

The rumours began when Feroze posted a video featuring Geethika during a lively car journey on the film set of their upcoming project. Despite initial perceptions of religious differences, with the Khumar actor known for his Muslim faith and Geethika presumed to be Hindu, the rumoured couple continues to make headlines, with the latter’s alleged conversion to Islam.
