KARACHI:

The Karachi Stock Exchange began a new week on Monday with key indices mildly down in negative zone.


The exchange volume remained under pressure as well while a bearish trend took over.


The benchmark KSE-100 Index wavered under the 9,700 level with a 125-point loss and closed with 9,670 points on the board.


The top three companies were Lotte Pakistan, Silk Bank and TRG.


The All-Share Index closed 85 points down, while the total exchange volume during the day was 84 million.
