Hockey: Sheikh labels PHF immature

ISLAMABAD: Olympian Shahnaz Sheikh termed the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) immature and lacking the ability to make timely decisions. According to Sheikh, the real test of the national hockey team will be the Champions Trophy and Olympic Games to be held in December 2011 and July 2012 respectively, while the upcoming Asian Champions Trophy is an ‘easy one’. Sheikh feels that the decision to exclude senior players at this stage is inappropriate.
