RAWALPINDI:

Rawalpindi police have arrested two suspects on charges of raping a 17-year-old boy in the Kahkshan Colony area within the Saddar Bairuni police limits.

Police said that riads were under way to arrest the third suspect who has gone into hiding after committing the crime.

Police sources said that the victim was trapped by his close friend, who first introduced him to drugs, and later raped him along with his friends and made his objectionable videos. According to police sources, the alleged rapists blackmailed the victim to make his objectionable videos public on social media if he did not cooperate with them or narrated his story to anybody.

The victim's father, while registering a case with the police, said that his son, a first-year-first year student, was introduced to drugs by his class fellow Hamza six months ago and made him meet his friends Junaid, Farid and Muiz who also provided him drugs.

He said that Hamza would regularly take his son to his home in Kakshan Colony where he along with his friends sexually assaulted him. In the FIR, the victim said that the accused had already made obscene videos of him and they used to threaten him to make them viral on social media if he complained.

The victim told the police that he remained silent for six months and was under severe mental stress. He said that due to strain, he also thought of committing suicide. On October 6, he said that in the presence of Hamza, Junaid and others raped him by showing him his indecent pictures and videos as he was under the effect of pills. The victim said that later he told his ordeal to his brother who told the whole story to his father.

The police registered a case against the four accused and arrested two, Junaid and Farid after a medical examination of the victim.
