Commissioner orders full recovery of dues

Says revenue officers cannot make any concessions in achieving the target

SARGODHA:

Divisional Commissioner Maryam Khan has directed revenue officers to ensure 100% recovery of government dues. Chairing a meeting of revenue officers at her office on Saturday, she said that the recovery of dues was the primary responsibility of revenue officers and they cannot make any concessions in achieving the target.

The commissioner said that revenue department officers and staff should coordinate fully with officers from the irrigation department and achieve 100% recovery of water charges.

She added that action should be taken against the defaulters and should any kind of problems arise, the revenue officers should bring the matter to the notice of the deputy commissioner concerned.
