Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are husband and wife! Brooklyn, son of former England footballer David Beckham and his singer-designer wife, Victoria Beckham, and Nicola, daughter of billionaire investor Nelson Peltz and model Claudia Heffner, exchanged vows at the Peltz family’s sprawling Palm Beach estate.
The newlyweds shared photos from their wedding, part of a Vogue spread, Sunday evening. "Mr. & Mrs. Peltz Beckham," the couple wrote on their respective Instagram accounts.
For the big day, Brooklyn looked suave in a traditional custom-made black Dior tuxedo and the bride, Nicola, stunned in a long-sleeve white Valentino gown with white gloves and a royal-length lace veil. Brooklyn shared a photo of his better half, writing, "My beautiful bride."
The much-talked-about dress
“It was a no-brainer,” Nicola commented, adding she was sure to have donned Valentino for her big day! "We’ve been to Rome twice, watching everyone in the atelier, they’re just so talented," Peltz said. "I have not thought of a specific dress that I want to get married in. So actually finding what that is with Valentino has been really amazing."
“It was the ultimate couture experience,” Leslie Fremar, Nicola's stylist told Vogue. The duo had picked elements from various sketches, fabrics and embroideries to create the bride's dream dress. “The simplicity of it was magnificent,” recalled Leslie.
“We didn’t have to overly detail the dress to accomplish the magnitude of it, so we ended up eliminating the embroidery. Weddings come with many emotions. There’s stress, there’s excitement, there are nerves… There are lots of different energies going around. But the clothes are complete," she added.
A star-studded affair
Among the stars in attendance: Eva Longoria, who congratulated the newlyweds in an Instagram post on Sunday captioned "celebrating love." Serena Williams, Gordon Ramsay and model Isabela Grutman each shared photos on Instagram that matched paparazzi shots of them attending the event. Venus Williams and Spice Girls Mel B and Mel C also celebrated the newlyweds, per Vogue.
The fairytale romance
The newlyweds announced their engagement in the July of 2020. Beckham shared an adorable photo of him dressed in a navy suit and Peltz wearing a bright yellow dress on Instagram to share the news. "Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes. I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day. I love you, baby!" Brooklyn wrote alongside the photo.
Nicola had shared the same photo on her Instagram page and called herself the "luckiest girl in the world."
"I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side. your love is the most precious gift. I love you so so much baby and thank you, Harper, for this pic," the Transformers star wrote alluding to the fact that his sister Harper Seven Beckham was the genius behind the glamorous photo.
The couple made their relationship Instagram official in January of the same year.
