West Indies’ former legendary cricketer Ian Bishop, in a Tweet on Monday, lavished praise on Pakistan’s prolific Test batsman Fawad Alam after his ton in the second Test against West Indies.

The 53-year-old stated that he would opt for substance over style and production over aesthetics any day.

“I am taking substance over style; Production over aesthetics any day. Fawad Alam deserves every run and more that the cricketing gods deem necessary for him. 4 centuries in the last 12 months since he returned,” Bishop tweeted.
