Tie-dye has always trended for its uniqueness and abstract design

Tie-Dye is seeing a major renaissance these days, with celebs from Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner to our very own Iqra Aziz to Mawra Hocane jumping onto the trend. According to a research, the demand for tie-dye sleepwear is up by 5,000% in 2020 as quarantine did not only allow high-street fashion wear to merge with comfort but also encouraged athleisure wear for the daily life.

· Mawra Hocane

The Sabaat beauty is not only a phenomenal actor but also a fashion icon who knows how to carry every style ever so gracefully. Hocane donned a navy, white tie-dye ensemble with dainty gota-work on the neckline and the ends of sleeves. The sleeves, however, had the most detailed geometrical embossed pattern, adding the extra spark to a simple shirt piece. She paired it with a sleek parted hairstyle and oversized teeka.

· Hira Mani

Mani carried a vibrant tie-dye sari in ice-cream colours, looking like a pastel dream. As tie-dye trended in the 60s, so did puffy sleeves and the fusion of the two in the form of a sari took over India and Pakistan. The actor revived the old school trends in this look comprised of green and pink. She complimented it with minimal hair styling and makeup, clear bangles and a cobalt blue scrunchie.

This cutie has always been in the news for funky persona and spot-on casual style. This time, the Suno Chanda starlet flaunted a white and sky-blue tie dye track suit. Aziz donned the matching set with white tennis shoes and a pair of sunglasses.
