Three members of a family died as a result of a road accident near Sohrab Goth on the Super Highway on Wednesday night.
Shumaila, along with her mother, Shaista, and two children, Zarshan and Daryab, were on their way to a hospital where her husband, Kamran, had taken her father after he complained of chest pain. They met with an accident midway, as a result of which Shaista died on the spot, while the remaining three suffered injuries.
Zarshan succumbed to her injuries during treatment, while Shumaila also passed away while undergoing treatment on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Shumaila’s father, Nasir, died as well. Her son, Daryab, is in critical condition and under treatment at Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital.
