Punjab Social Welfare Department Nasheman conducted a ceremony to distribute certificates and stipends to scores of differently-abled persons who completed their technical training.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Ehsaan Jamali was the chief guest of the ceremony.
As many as 43 differently-abled persons completed training in various disciplines such as computer software, beauty treatment, dressmaking and designing, computer operation, mobile related and auto electrician services and home appliances repairing.
A sum of Rs555,000 was also given as a stipend to the special persons by the department.
