Man ‘murders’ wife near Thul

JACOBABAD:

A man allegedly killed his wife on the pretext of karo-kari in Khameeso Nandwai village near Thul on Monday. Noor Mohammad Lodri reportedly attacked his wife, Sughran, with bricks and later suffocated her to death. He then fled the scene. The body was taken to a local hospital for medico-legal formalities and was later handed over to the family. The police are carrying out a search to find Lodri.
