An accountability court directed on Wednesday all the accused to ensure their presence on the next hearing of the assets beyond means reference against former provincial minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and others. Memon and other accused, apart from co-accused Shaukat, appeared before the court. Shaukat’s counsel submitted a plea seeking his exemption from the court, which the court accepted. The court directed all the accused to ensure their presence on the next hearing on August 5.
