CDA-DWP to discuss multipurpose parade ground

The CDA-DWP meeting will discuss the project concept (PC)-II for acquiring consultancy services

ISLAMABAD: The construction of a multipurpose parade ground in the federal capital is expected to be taken up at the next meeting of the Capital Development Authority’s Development Working Party (CDA-DWP).

The meeting is scheduled to be held on January 8, at CDA’s headquarters in Islamabad. Apart from the parade ground, the meeting is also expected to consider approvals for the rehabilitation and widening of the Korang Road between Margalla Town Phase-I and II, said a statement issued by the CDA on Tuesday.

The CDA-DWP meeting will discuss the project concept (PC)-II for acquiring consultancy services for a detailed assessment of infrastructure in Islamabad. Similarly, a PC-I for traffic management at Rawal Chowk and Park Road will be presented in the upcoming meeting.
