Sub-inspector arrested on corruption charges
He was arrested along with the bribe money
SARGODHA:
On the orders of Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) regional director, police have arrested a sub-inspector over corruption charges and misuse of authority. ACE authorities said on Friday complainant Muhammad Zahid, a resident of Block 22 Sargodha, said in his application to ACE Director Babar Rehman that Sub-inspector Market Committee (MC) Sargodha Nadeem Sultan has taken an amount of Rs10,000 for getting a canteen contract.
On the direction of regional director ACE the assistant director (Investigation) Tasawwar Abbas Bosal under the supervision of Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Aqeel Chaudhry conducted raid at MC office and arrested the accused Nadeem Sultan along with the bribe money.
