SHO Brohi had allegedly summoned him to the police station and registered a fake case against him for occupying government land, he said.
Khan said that SHO Brohi had released him on the same night after collecting Rs200,000 as a bribe and had demanded an additional Rs300,000. "I registered a case against him with the police department anti-corruption wing," he said. Soon after, SHO Brohi called him to collect the Rs300,000 but he fled from the scene when he noticed the anti-corruption police party with the complainant.
