Balochistan finance minister reviews Turbat City Development Programme Phase II and Merani Housing Society

QUETTA: Balochistan Minister for Finance Mir Zahoor Buledi has said that progress work has intensified in Turbat. He was chairing a meeting to review Turbat City Development Program Phase II and Merani Housing Society.

“Citizens in Turbat are facing infrastructure issues due to rapid influx of people from other areas hence there is a need to start solid planning regarding the city’s expansion,” Buledi said.

Member Provincial Assembly Lala Rasheed Dashti, Additional Chief Secretary P&D Abdul Rehman Buzdar, Commissioner Makran Division Capt (retd) Tariq Zehri, DC Kech Zeeshan Sikandar, Deputy Project Director Engineer Rafique Ahmed and district officials were present in the meeting.

Buledi added that the Balochistan government is working on various development projects in Turbat city to solve public issues.

He assured that Merani Housing Scheme would be completed on priority basis.
