K-P opposition challenges Action in Aid Civil Powers Regulation

Submits an adjournment motion in the house

PESHAWAR: The united opposition in the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Assembly has decided to challenge the Action in Aid Civil Powers Regulation in court and also submitted an adjournment motion in the house.

While addressing a press conference in the premises of the provincial assembly the opposition leader in K-P Assembly Akram Khan Durrani and other opposition leaders said that we oppose the privatisation of the Wapda and also demand the reversal of the FIRs against the ANP workers and officer holders in the province.

They claimed that provincial government has decided to privatise the health sector and also privatise the govt hospitals in the province,while at a later stage they plan to privatise the education sector and due to the incompetent government ever section of the society and urged the public to strengthen their hands by taking part into the October 27 rally of JUI-F.
