ATC has recorded the statements of witnesses in five case

RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has recorded the statements of witnesses in five cases pertaining to kidnapping for ransom, explosives, and terrorism. The ATC acquitted three suspects who had been arrested in a terrorism case in Kalar Syedan due to a lack of substantial evidence. The case against suspect Raja Raeed in a traffic warden’s murder case at Committee Chowk was postponed till September 17. The case of kidnapping for ransom against suspect Muhammad Ishaq was postponed till September 16. The hearings against suspects Arshad Bhatti, Adnan and Sher Hassan, were postponed till September 13, September 14 and September 18 respectively.
