Sindh Health Care Commission becomes temporarily non-functional
Labour and Human Resource Secretary Rasheed Ahmed Solangi informed that the proposed dispensaries would be established at Bhittaiabad, Gulshan-e-Maymar, Memon Goth and Shershah. The meeting was further told that medical facilities were being improved at the hospitals managed by Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution (SESSI). For the purpose, a nursing school at a cost of Rs110 million would be established at Social Security Landhi Hospital. A nursing school and a hostel at Kulsoom Bai Valika Hospital are also going to be built at a cost of Rs82m. Baloch said that Rs150 million had been reserved for automation in SESSI.
