Youth commits suicide in Lahore

LAHORE: A youth committed suicide by  jumping into River Ravi on Saturday. The victim identified as Haseeb was frustrated after he was tortured by family when he went to see a female friend. The search for his body was ongoing at the time of this report with rescue teams comprising drivers divers committed to the search. Police have taken one of Haseeb's friends into custody for questioning as part of an investigation into the matter.
