Man tries to rape nephew in Burewala

A man allegedly tried to rape his nephew in Burewala, Express News reported. The police claimed to have arrested the suspect who has been put and shifted him behind bars.

S*, a resident of 447-EB Village, submitted a complaint at the police station, stating that she was married and her husband Muhammad Jameel had gone to Karachi to work as a labourer.

She stated that she lived in the house with her six-year-old son U*.

The woman added that her husband’s brother, Abdul Rasheed, would often visit their house to meet them.

S* revealed that on the day of the incident, she was busy cleaning the house while U* was playing in his room. She maintained Abdul Rasheed came to meet them and when she was in the kitchen, the suspect went into her son’s room and allegedly tried to sexually abuse him.

The victim’s mother highlighted that when Abdul Rasheed saw her approaching, he escaped.  The police have registered a case against the suspect and arrested him after raiding a location.

Meanwhile, S* demanded that the accused be sternly punished.

On April 5, an eight-year-old boy was subjected to sexual abuse in Wazirabad.

Reportedly, M* lodged a complaint at the police station in which he stated that his son, S*, went to Ali Hassan’s shop in the area to buy some items. However, he did not return home. The father added that he and some others went looking for the boy after some time.

He stated that during the search, one of the locals told them that he saw the boy at Ali’s shop. He mentioned that they immediately rushed to the location and heard screams coming from inside.

The victim’s father revealed when they entered the shop, they saw the suspect sexually abusing S*.
