QUETTA: Member of Provincial Assembly Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind has said that the government is taking steps for the development of the country despite being left with an acute economic crisis by past rulers.

Rind, who met a delegation led by Khuda-e-Rahim Baloch in Dhadhar, said that the poor masses have been facing the burden of international debt just because the “previous government looted public money”.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insad (PTI) Balochistan chapter president added that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was impartially taking action against the corrupt mafia across the country.

The delegation informed the PTI leader about the appalling situation of health, education and infrastructure in Bolan district.

Rind assured them of addressing all issues. “People of Bolan reposed trust in me and elected me as their representative in provincial assembly, and I vowed to provide better lifestyle and basic facilities to the people.”

He said, “The corrupt mafia has started raising hue and cry as accountability commenced across the board, unfortunately previous regimes did nothing for the country but filled their treasures with looted public money.”

He also said PTI has the capability to extricate the country from the crisis and Prime Minister Imran Khan, with prompt efforts, is leading it towards prosperity and development.
