Official property: S&GAD to initiate new scheme this year

Rs31.422m allocated for three ongoing and one new scheme.

Three ongoing and one new scheme, to be initiated by Services and General Administration Department, have been allocated Rs31.422 million.


Rs7 million has been allocated for the construction of the chief justice’s annexe at 12-C Aikman Road, GOR-1; Rs6.211 million for the improvement of lawns in Chauburji Garden Estate Colony; and Rs2 million for the provision of fibre glass water tanks in GOR-I and II.

The government has allocated Rs16.21 million for the preservation and restoration of the Chief Secretary’s Block at the Civil Secretariat.

The budget has set aside Rs67.25 million for the completion and execution of four development schemes for Punjab Assembly.

This includes Rs2 million for renovation of MPA’s Hostel; Rs22.15 million for improvement of facilities at MPA’s Hostel; and Rs43.1 million for furnishing of the assembly buildings and improvement of security arrangements.
