In any nation police has the right to stop if it causes nuisance. The only argument which can be teneble is that not everyone is picked up by the police. I am a minority in India, and I have also celebrated on the beach upto 12 midnight- the police was not far from where we were-how come nothing happened to my party? We did not bother anyone i.e. neighbours as there was none on the beach aat that time. Shah Rukh's house is in a densely populated Bandra.
