HYDERABAD: A 12-year-old Hindu boy was allegedly axed to death by a street vendor in Larkana on Sunday.

The fourth grader, identified as Vaqash Kohli, was allegedly killed by the vegetable cart seller, Bheeko Kohli.

The victim, a resident of the Shah Ali Mari village, is believed to have worked for the vendor everyday after school.

Police say the boy did not go to work on October 13. Instead, the vendor went to Vaqash's home, took him to the farm and axed him to death.
