He said, "The last three or four years has felt like a perverse situation that was inflicted on me. The thing that hurt me is being presented as someone that I am not. To harm someone you love? As a kind of bully? It doesn't even sound like me."

Depp is said to have lost almost $500 million ever since the accusations started. Heard received about $5.5 million from Depp as well in an out-of-court settlement which pledged to donate to domestic violence charities.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor then went on to accuse the Hollywood "power-mongers " of tarnishing his image. He stated, "Big money was being thrown about. People were suing me at every opportunity they got. It felt like within a very, very short period of time that suddenly this version of Cinderella had been immediately turned into a beast."
