Asian News International tweeted, "Bihar's Muzaffarpur Court gives orders to file an FIR against Salman Khan and seven other actors after a complaint was filed by an advocate against him and his production Loveratri alleging that the title of the film hurts Hindu sentiments."

Loveratri is a play on the word 'Navratri' which is a Hindu festival. The Hindu goddess Durga is worshiped during the period which last for nine days.

Earlier, the film had upset the Hindu nationalist organisation Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) as they found Loveratri offensive. International working president of VHP Alok Kumar said, "We will not allow Loveratri's exhibition in cinema halls in the country. We don’t want the sentiments of Hindus to be hurt. The film is set against the backdrop of Navratri, a Hindu festival, and the name distorts its meaning."

While Salman hasn't commented on the complaint yet, he has announced that he will be not a part of Dhoom 4 anymore. Rumour had it that the Dabanng actor backed out from the franchise because he would have to share screen space with his ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai's husband, Abhishek Bachchan. However, recent reports suggest that Salman was cast to play a villain in Dhoom 4 but he quit the film because he didn't want to play a negative role.

Salman is fully aware and extremely careful with his words as he has learnt from all his past mistakes. With age he brings maturity as well.
