ISLAMABAD: The five fully-featured national incubation centres, established across the country, have so far raised Rs2.84 billion and created more than 890 jobs. Ignite Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Yusuf Hussain, while sharing details about Pakistani startups and their growth, stated that more than 121 startups have been incubated. According to the details, around 39 startups have graduated, investment of Rs2.84 billion has been raised, Rs319 million has been earned as revenue. It mentioned that the basic objective is to train the youth, which is looking forward to becoming tech-based entrepreneurs, with an aim of dismantling old-fashioned systems and introducing new creative solutions.
