1. Priyanka Chopra
It was in London on Priyanka's 36th birthday that Nick allegedly got down on one knee and popped the question. According to Hollywood Reporter, Priyanka’s engagement ring “is a timeless design and features a cushion-cut diamond set in platinum." A gemologist added that a ring of this size and quality would cost around INR20 million.
2. Sonam Kapoor Ahuja
Actor Sonam Kapoor married businessman Anand Ahuja in May this year in a lavish wedding held in Mumbai. Sonam's gorgeous ring cost approximately INR9 million. The Veere Di Wedding star flaunted it at the Cannes Film Festival, which she attended just days after her wedding.
3. Anushka Sharma
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil star Anushka Sharma tied the knot with Indian cricketer Virat Kohli in Florence last year. After months of searching for the perfect diamond ring, Virat ended up choosing an Austria-based designer. Anushka’s ring apparently cost INR10 million and “reflects surprising elements, every time you see it from different angles.”
5. Kareena Kapoor Khan
Superstar Kareena Kapoor Khan got hitched in October 2012 to Nawab of Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan. The Chef star made sure he lived up to that title and put a 5 carat diamond ring with a platinum band on Kareena's finger. It is reported to have been bought for INR20 million.
5. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Her wedding to Abhishek Bachchan was one of the most-anticipated in Bollywood. The power couple wed in April 2007, hosting a grand affair. The ring he chose to propose with, was no less grand. Abhishek famously proposed to his Guru co-star on the balcony of his New York hotel room, dazzling her with a ring that features a 53-carat solitaire and reportedly cost INR5 million.
